Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! We take tremendous pride in the design and quality of our products and hope you feel the same. But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 10 days from the date you receive your purchase to make a return request. Your return package must be postmarked within 10 days of the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was issued. Returns packages postmarked 10 days after the RMA issue date will not be processed and will not be returned to you.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I return something?

In order to keep our costs competitive in an already competitive market, we require our customers to pay for the shipping of any returned products. Therefore, the costs of shipping will depend on the method you select for shipment.

Please note that as stated above, all return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was issued

How do I make a return request?

In order for us to properly process your return, we require you to contact us via the contact us page and request a return. You will then receive a an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that will include the approval of the return and the address to send it to.

Please note that any returns received without an RMA will not be processed and will not be returned to you.

Additionally, in the case of our “Performance Sets” products, both items must be returned and the size must match for both of them accordingly, as we do not offer mis-matched set sizes.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and are in the original packaging.

All returned items are inspected by members of our team and any items found to be worn, washed, damaged or without the original tags will not be processed for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.

Can I request an exchange instead of a return?

In order to have better inventory control of our products and ensure availability always, we do not offer exchanges, You will need to return the product received and place a new order on our website.

Refunds

For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Important Notice

Please do not send your return to us without a proper RMA.

Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the Luty Q website by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and item will not be returned to you.
