Shipping Information & Policy

All orders placed in our website will be picked, packed and shipped during standard business hours only. Our standard business hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Orders will ship between 1 business day after the order is successfully placed in our website.

Orders received outside of business hours are considered received on the next business day.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to the email address you provided when you placed the order.

Order delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option selected. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 15 days of the order date.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
